His expertise also shaped the culinary identities of Buddy’s Burgers, Anvil Burgers, Downtown Ramen, and the renowned coastal gem, Aegir Project Brewery. Beyond these achievements, Jonathan has empowered emerging brands like Kleinsky’s and Marula Shak, guiding them to success with tailored, strategic culinary direction.

What kind of dairy do you use?

Farm fresh, where and when we can.

Where are you veggies from?

We support local, small farmers that do not use chemical pesticides.

Do you have gluten free dishes?

Yes, we have gluten free dishes, as alternate offerings every month. However, our kitchen does utilize gluten. Whilst we abide by the best cleaning and hygiene standards, and do not mix gluten free with 'gluten-full', if that is an issue for your health, we advise you don't tinker too much.
